Delivery to United Kingdom takes about 1 week and depends on customs / post office efficiency and season (weekend, holidays, etc.). Delivery is free. Items will be shipped after the payment received. All items are shipped from Lithuania.

For all packages shipped with tracking, you will be able to follow your package through the entire transit process. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your account.

To get the tracking number/tracking information you need to: go to My account -> Order history -> click on order Id (below order reference) -> click details -> click on order date (in example 15/08/2019) -> check Tracking number field and Track button.

If your package tracking displays a "Delivered" scan and you did not receive your package, it is likely located at a nearby Delivery Office or Post Office. Please contact us and we will help you locate your package.

If your package tracking displays a "Delivered" scan but your package has not been delivered to a nearby Delivery Office or Post Office, we will not be able to reissue a package or refund the order.

Customs

International Orders will have to pass through customs. We cannot control delays for any packages that must pass through your countries customs office. You will not be charged any additional costs. Most of the shipments make it through customs with no issue or delay.

Incorrect Address Policy

We are only able to deliver packages successfully if the correct address is provided during checkout. Please be very careful when entering your details and DOUBLE CHECK them before placing your order.

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive your Order Confirmation Email, which will show your order details as well as your shipping information. Please check to make sure this your details are correct. If there is an error, please notify us IMMEDIATELY by responding to your Order Confirmation Email and we will correct the details to ensure your package is delivered to you safely.

If your order is shipped before we are notified of any corrections needed, another order will need to be placed. Some packages will be returned to us, at which time, you will be refunded minus the cost of return shipment.

We try our best to respond to all Address Change emails as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change will occur in time when requested, so PLEASE make sure you check your address details thoroughly before placing your order.

Return to Sender

Sometimes your tracking details may show a "Return to Sender" scan*. This occurs if an *Incorrect Address is provided during checkout, which is not corrected in time before shipment takes place. It may also occur if a package is delivered to a nearby Delivery Office or Post Office, and is not collected before the shipping carrier holding time expires.

Calling cards will be left at the premises for any packages, which are not able to be delivered on the initial attempt. A Re-delivery, or Package Collection, can be organized with Royal Mail by calling 03456 021 021 and pressing number 4 when prompted to speak with an operator. Make sure to quote your local tracking number, or the number left on your Royal Mail card left at your property.

*If a "Return to Sender" scan occurs due to an incorrect address issue, or if the package is not collected from the nearby pick up location in a reasonable amount of time, you will be refunded your purchase price minus £10.
